MONSTER CAT - Mannequins

Ever since sharing their latest EP, ‘Mannequins’, on Piratebay earlier this year, MONSTER CAT has been making waves across the causeway, landing themselves multiple shows around the globe and the latest would be their upcoming showcase at Reeperbahn Music Festival in Germany this coming November 2012, alongside Tenderfist (Malaysia) and The Trees And The While (Indonesia).

Power Of Pop says “Mannequins is a mellow, fragile affair, shivering with sex and soul as well as nuanced emotion.”, and we couldn’t agree more.

I believe that technology plays a part in bringing out the essence of the song. However in the end of the day, it all boils down to personal preferences and etc. I mean, a good song is still a good song no matter how bad the production is. You cant really relate a 23 minutes overall audio experience than listening to the band live.
Some band sound good on record, but when comes to live show-they sound awful and does it matters?
Hell no! Its rock and roll…
Technology has to kill it as always-as always…Thanks and Damn you technology!!!

Now Im back as a fan of your site. Monstercat is worthy to be featured here.
Been digging their EPs right now. Good thing you have credit cards…if not we cant even buy this tracks of their site.
On a high note: Singapore bands are really good in terms of productions and etc.
Really hope that Msia can match their standards one day. Hmm….technology?
