Kyoto Protocol’s much-anticipated second album ‘Catch These Men’ is the band’s first independent full-length release; a collection of nine songs that were written over the past seven years set to be premiered live this Friday, 6th February 2015. The digital version of the album will be available on iTunes, Spotify, Deezer and other major online stores/streaming services and the physical copy will be at all Pestle & Mortar outlets and may also be ordered online via www.majordrop.com.
From the first song ever composed by the band to the most recent, Kyoto Protocol’s latest album is a smattering of life’s many lessons: learning to be socially responsible, learning to deal with love, learning to deal with self, and learning to deal with loss. It is an album of variety, as varied as life inevitably is.
Expertly guided by Faiz Fadzil of The Wknd and Pop Stud.io fame, ‘Catch These Men’ marks the band’s return to its rock and roll roots. The pre-release of their hard hitting lead single “Dispensable” peaked at no.2 on the Deezer Rock charts in Malaysia and Indonesia and has already spent 5 weeks at no.1 on the Hitz.FM MET10, and peaking.
“We hope that the message and stories embedded within each of these nine songs resonate with you, and help you on whatever path life may leads you on.” said lead vocalist, Fuad Alhabshi.
In conjunction with the album release, Kyoto Protocol is set to take the road this February with their first-ever nationwide tour which is totally FREE but the first 100 to register at http://www.kyotoband.com will receive a free physical copy of ‘Catch These Men’ at the show itself.
