Liyana Fizi Playing ‘Jatuh’ With Monster Cat.. In a Barber Shop

We know Liyana Fizi pretty well here, and some of you might have already seen the impeccability of Monster Cat‘s harmonies on Snakeweed Sessions. A collaboration of the two, well is indeed apt and imaginable. But Ms. Fizi in a barber shop? who would’ve thought.

A chivalrous, charming little shop owned by an Indian uncle, the barbershop looks suited for the vocal harmonies of Monster Cat and Liyana Fizi, who was visiting Singapore to do her part for the Mosaic Music series. Wonder what Uncle thought when he opened shop that day, or if he ever imagined his shop actually having a quintet performing in it’s premises. Especially a collaboration that harmonizes so well vocally and with their guitars such as these two musical entities.
