We’ve missed Forests. It’s been three long years since the Singaporean emo trio released their sophomore album Spending Eternity in a Japanese Convenience Store, but the wait for new material ends now with new single “Saint Loser”.
The long break hasn’t done anything to dull the threesome’s catchy, mathy sensibilities and self-aware take on emo lyrical tropes. “Saint Loser” is from the upcoming album Get in Losers, We’re Going to Eternal Damnation, which is due out on April 1.

So it looks like we’re getting a new Forests album and re-opened borders this April 1. Coincidence? Yeah, probably.
