Temerloh, Pahang punk rock outfit, Soul Savior kicks off the new year with a music video for their fist-pumping single, “Maestro”. While the song isn’t entirely new, having appeared on the Penentangan Berterusan compilation in unmixed and unmastered form, it’s been recast in a new and more energetic light thanks to a music video directed by Apiq Sulaiman from Rohstudio Photography. The video was shot entirely in Baca, a café/bookstore in Temerloh, and the location complements the song’s stirring self-critique of punk rock hierarchies and hypocrisies.
