Being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one… Your whole being is involved, and you’re using your skills to the utmost.

SA(仨), an experimental trio hailing from Singapore, have just released their debut album FLOW, centred around and inspired by Hungarian psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi’s concept of “flow”. To accompany its release, the trio, made up of Andy C on dizi (flute), Natalie Alexandra on guzheng (zither) and Cheryl Ong on Chinese drums and percussion, is set to showcase their brand of experimental soundscapes over two nights, November 24 and 25, at the Aliwal Arts Centre Black Box in Singapore. Singaporean media artist Brendon Tay will be providing visuals for both nights. Tickets are S$25 in advance via Peatix, with limited tickets available at the door for S$30.
