New Taiwanese punk quintet SPIT! have released their self-titled debut album, an 18-minute whirlwind of hardcore and power violence stylings.
The album alternates between high-speed hardcore and grinding, sludgy riffage, recalling everything from 2010s hardcore icons Ceremony and Trash Talk to OG power violence bands from the 1990s.
SPIT! consists of members from established (and not-so-established) Taiwanese acts such as Touming Magazine, Selfish Sucker, No Order, Crampma, and Human Brutality.
SPIT!’s debut album is out on cassette now via Suck Glue Boys.
